Sunshine Village ski resort has terrain for all ability levels. The resort features more than 3,300 acres of skiable terrain, ranging from gentle, inviting beginner runs all the way up to the most extreme big mountain runs. Delirium Dive has been named one of the 10 top off-piste destinations in the world.
Beginners
The Strawberry Express Quad is a great area for beginners and it is right beside the magic carpet learning area, so that those first timers that are progressing can move on quickly.
Intermediates
Intermediate skiers and snowboarders will find runs off most chairlifts. The Mount Standish Express Quad offers up some great intermediate terrain, and those that feel a little more confident can try Goats Eye Mountain with a variety of intermediate and expert terrain.
Experts
Experts will love Delirium Dive and Wild West. They are restricted access areas offering extreme slopes and off-piste terrain but are only open to expert skiers and snowboarders who are carrying appropriate avalanche safety equipment (transceiver, shovel, probe).
Lift passes
Sunshine VIllage is offered on the Tri-Area pass which includes Mt. Norquay, The Lake Louise Ski Area and Sunshine Village, this pass allows you to ski any of the three ski areas when you choose, great for longer stays in the area so that you have the options of skiing at all three of the resorts when you want to. Full day and half-day tickets for Sunshine Village on its own are also available.
