Back to St Anton

Anyone who has been to St Anton will tell you that it has a legendary après ski scene with famous bars such as the Mooserwirt and Krazy Kangaruh that exude impressive volumes and energy levels. Don’t be fooled into thinking that St Anton only caters for party animals though. There is an ample selection of more relaxed venues where you can chill out around the fire with a gluhwein or three!

Austrian mountain food has evolved to combat the effect of the altitude and the cold; good, solid fare like dumplings and sausages, and soups hot and hearty enough to heat you through. Mountain restaurants offer this type of lunch but in St Anton they do it better than most. In the resort it is easier to find a wider choice of cuisine with Italian, Chinese and a tapas bar. The town has a very international feel to it and English is widely spoken in bars and restaurants.
