Mountain restaurants

The newly renovated and re-opened teahouse at the top of North American chair at Mt. Norquay is a great place to warm up, take in some views and grab a snack.
Banff – Lake Louise has a culinary experience to suit every taste, award wining fine dining such as Eden Restaurant in The Rim Rock Hotel, and the Dining room at The Post Hotel offer up fantastic fine dining culinary experiences.  Looking for a good Alberta steak, try  Melissa’s or The Grizzly house, or for the more cost conscious try a good meal at one of the local pubs like Tommy’s or The Rose and Crown.

Bars and pubs

If you are staying in Banff then there are many options from pubs to clubs such as the Rose and Crown for live music or The Dancing Sasquatch if you are looking for a good place to dance the night away!

Après ski

Grab a drink in at Cascade lodge, Mt. Norquay’s day lodge and take in some of the scenery after a day of skiing or snowboarding.  Or you can always take the 10-minute shuttle ride or drive down to Banff to check out some of the local spots along Banff Avenue.

On a budget?

Many of the restaurants in Banff-Lake Louise have specials on certain nights of the week, such as steak or wing nights, keep an eye out for one of those types of deals as they are usually popular with the locals.
