Les Carroz is a traditional village and therefore has a high percentage of chalet accommodation and just a handful of hotels and apartment complexes. There are several British-run establishments and the proximity to Geneva has made the resort a firm favourite with catered chalet operators. Ski Fusion is a small owner-operated company with cosy catered and self-catered chalets at sensible prices. There are a limited number of hotels in Les Carroz but that doesn’t mean that good deals can’t be found. The best budget option is the Hotel La Croix de la Savoie but in exchange for the low prices you will have to be prepared to walk 15 minutes to the piste and village centre. A public bus service runs every day though. Les Carroz doesn’t have any hotels for the real luxury end of the market but guest house La Bergerie is a truly beautiful renovation in a central position offering three guest bedrooms and much better than average facilities.
