Bulgaria Air run flights from London Heathrow and London Gatwick to Sofia. They will charge you 20 euros for to take your skis and checked in baggage is free in all classes but Economy has a maximum weight of 23kg. One piece of hand luggage is allowed upto 10kg in weight. Check your baggage allowance before you fly.

This Swiss airline flies to and from London City and Southend to Berne twice a day with super convenient flight times especially if you’re planning a ski weekend. Baggage allowance is 15kg but you can also carry 8kg on as cabin baggage. Ski equipment will cost you an extra £35.00 each way. A great airline to use to get you to the slopes quickly with Wengen, Grindelwald and Muerren only about an hour away.
