A great mountain restaurant with a wide variety of main course dishes ranging from 15chf to 43chf, this is a good choice for groups with different budgets. Famous for their fish dishes such as Alaskan salmon, halibut and king crab legs. Join the sledging parties on Tuesdays when you can have cheese fondue. House wine starts at 34chf per bottle.  Food service: 10am-7pm (evening dining also possible).

Lifts: from Sunnegga, take Brunnjeschbord (4) to bottom of Patrullarve chair (D). Continue down to Zermatt, taking right-hand piste Ried (2) and restaurant is about 200m down on left-hand side. No easy pedestrian access.
