A recent entry in the Michelin guides and definitely the place to go for a genuine mountain food experience. The dining area is set in a hayloft and the restaurant is actually run by a local cheese maker. The local speciality cheeses are Tomme, Beaufort and a goat’s cheese called Serac de Chevre.
