This mountain restaurant is a perennial favourite with regular visitors to the Courchevel region. Whether inside the warm wooden chalet on colder days, or on the fabulously sunny terrace with views of 1850.
The meat is grilled on an open wood fire. As well as a good range of steaks and fish dishes, they also offer specialities such as foie gras pan-fried with onion compote. The food is delicious and the service excellent. There is a tiny sandwich bar with three tables and stools. If you are lucky enough to get a seat, the sandwiches are reasonably priced and excellent.
Lifts to access the restaurant are Plantrey, Loze, Bouc Blanc. Pistes access is Cretes, Loze Est. Pedestrian access is Chenus (with a 10 minute walk down to Cretes, returning the same way).
