Definitely one of our favourites mountain restaurants with all the dishes homemade with quality ingredients. Add the intimate setting and quirky décor and it’s easy to see how people can lose a few hours in this charming restaurant. Enjoy the cosiness of this mountain cabin or sit outside on the terrace on a sunny day. Don’t miss the delightful homemade pâté and jams and if you feel like a change from the fresh pastas, try the deer medallions or one of the daily specials. The apple strudel looks (and tastes) like a work of art and at the end of all that, the homemade grappa will give your digestion a kick and get you back on the slopes.
Ristorante Chiecco is a tradtional mountain chalet nestled in the snow to the side of the piste Plane Checrouit. The owners, Anna and Paolo, are passionate about food and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Visitors can experience hand made pasta, meat sourget from all over the world and home made dessert and ice cream. The extensive wine cellar is of particular note. Reservations are welcome. Dinner is also possible with an evening ascent in the funicular.
