The relatively new Arl.rock centre rivals well.com for those having a day off the piste and arguable is part of a small movement to get a summer season going in St Anton. It’s based more on activities than pampering and is located just behind the main pedestrian zone, next to the train station.
The cafe is modern, comfy and the centre of the building so you can look over those trying to conquer the various rock and ice climbing challenges strung around the inside and outside of the building.
Daytime bowling, night bowling, indoor tennis and squash, football, volleyball, badminton etc. are all on offer. Equipment can be hired from the reception and bookins is recommended.
Climbing – there is a lot to offer from 460m² indoor climbing, 130m² bouldering in degrees of difficulty, 250m² outdoor climbing tower and 80m² ice climbing wall. For those of you who are novices there are climbing courses on offer. Check their website for updated pricing and booking instructions.
