Ingredients (serves 6): – 1kg White Onions – 3 Cloves of Garlic – 4 Sprigs of Thyme – 4 Sprigs Rosemary – 300ml White Wine – Double Cream ![]() Method: – Thinly slice the onions and sweat them on a very low heat to avoid any browning colour. They should go very soft. – To garnish – add crispy onions (shallow fry in oil), chopped fresh herbs and drizzle oil. – Serve your tasty dish! |
