Having done his first winter season in Whistler, Canada, Tim made his European debut in Val Thorens working for Erna Low. They were such a great company to work for that he couldn’t resist doing another season there before moving on to Avoriaz for two more, followed by a winter in Val d’Isere. Since then he’s been in Paradiski for eight winters and counting, starting in La Plagne and then moving on to Les Arcs, and still with Erna Low. Over this time he has gradually been converted from a snowboarder into a skier and now that he is good enough to ski in powder he is generally on two planks rather than one.
