Nora Mulcahy:  I'm a physiotherapist based in a central London clinic with a particular penchant for ski seasons. A bit of a late bloomer, I only began snowboarding 5 years ago and skiing less than 2 years ago but I've since thrown myself in head first and even competed in snowboarding - mainly boardercross - and skiing events (Patrouille des Glaciers). I left the comfort of the European Alps in search of the infamous powder in Japan intending to return to Covent Garden Physio (the clinic that I normally work at in London) in April 2014 sometime. Apart from skiing and snowboarding injuries, I am a barefoot running coach & my other great love is rock climbing and all of its associated injuries. I specialize in dry needling and myofascial release / trigger point work and you can currently find me at Nesiko Physio in Hirafu village this winter.
