You may have already had your week in the mountains. And still you’re watching the continuing snowfalls in the Alps trying to work out how to get an end of season blast in the white stuff.

Well, here’s one great solution: Ski Weekender still have some limited availability post Easter and offer the option of a midweek short break (Monday-Thursday) or a weekend from Thursday to Monday.  Their Lodge Aravis is based in St Jean de Sixt – just an hour or so from Geneva – giving you the option to ski in le Grand Bornand or la Clusaz. The helpful team drop you to the resort in the morning and run an afternoon pick up service too. There’s also local buses which drop you almost back at the door of the lodge.
