The menu at this inventive restaurant in Courmayeur changes weekly and offers different types of Italian regional cooking. For antipasti, try the carpaccio of smoked tuna or the foie gras, Sauternes and brioche. A meat eater’s paradise, second courses include a mixed grill of different cuts of steak, deer and pork  and beef Chateaubriand.
Open 12.30-2.30pm, 7-11.30pm - closed Mondays.
