The Laisonnay Refuge is situated in the heart of the Champagny le Haut valley, on the edge of the Vanoise National Park. From the middle of February onwards, guests can access the Laisonnay by skiing off-piste, snowshoeing, or by cross country skiing, as well as on foot, where they can enjoy a traditional Savoyard lunch cooked on an open fire.
The traditional dishes are all family recipes passed down from generation to generation, including Grandma Catherine’s “Farçon” or Grandpa Jean’s Savoyard Hotpot. This mountain restaurant has been open for 45 years and it’s a real gem in the resort. With no electricity or mobile phone access this rural refuge promises to take you on a historical journey.
