Conveniently situated next to the Farm Club, Alpage has a homely mountain feel, with red flowers adorning the restaurant. The cuisine reflects a modern take on tradtional dishes. Honey and black pepper duck (35chf) and bouillabaisse (38chf) are some of the more elaborate choices, but simple dishes such as steak and chips are also available. Groups of up to 20 are welcome. You can take your time as, unlike most restaurants in Verbier, the owner does not insist on two sittings at 7 and 9pm.
