Montjola

Whilst riding high on its reputation in St Anton, Montjola still takes alot of care and is worth a visit, particularly if you are staying nearby. The traditional but simple decor is unpretentious and has a pleasantly faded feel. Starters are available (€4.70-11) but why bother when you can go straight to the fantastic fondue (€23-28.50) and then finish with a chocolate version (€18). Other classic Austrian dishes such as weiner schnitzel (€17) are available. The restaurant is popular with groups visiting on their chalet-staff night off - if you'd rather avoid the crowds make a reservation on a night other than Wednesday or Thursday.
