The Flims sport centre offers an ice rink from July to the end of March, a fitness room, shooting range, solarium, table tennis, an outdoor ice rink in Winter and Bavarian curling. There is also a restaurant that can seat up to 100 people with an open fireplace The various activities are charged for individually but are very reasonable with the fitness room costing CHF14 and the shooting range costing CHF15 for example. The sport centre also offers a dormitory for groups to stay overnight. This costs from CHF32 per person per night for bed and breakfast in the low season rising to CHF63 per person per night in the peak season for full board.
